Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we’d be happy to rebook it for you. Our staff depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. When a patient cancels without notice it prevents us from offering this time to another client.
We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 50% fee to repeated last minute cancellations. After two no show appointments we reserve the right to not rebook.
It is important to remember that your treatment program has been created based on an appropriate schedule to ensure the best results. Missed appointments can and will change the outcome of our services and may result in additional treatments to achieve the desired results.
Refund Policy in Store & Online
We are committed to providing quality products and services to our clients.
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchases, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.
• Returns can be made within 15 days of your purchase for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Services have been recommended based on our technician’s expertise in consultation with you. We cannot guarantee results and therefore there is no refund on services. Our services packages have no expiry and are non-transferrable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, packages or gift cards.
