REGARDING COVID-19

As of Monday, November 16th, Halton Region has moved into the Red Control Zone – click here for more on the Province of Ontario Covid 19 measures.
We remain open for business but unable to perform any services that require removal of a face mask. If you have a service booked, please be patient as we will be in touch.
We are still able to perform all services on body including laser hair removal, electrolysis, photorejuvenation and tattoo removal.
Clients are welcome to call the office and book appointments as well, 289-878-3361.
We want to reassure our clients that we are following strict health guidelines to maintain the health and safety of everyone that visits the clinic and our staff.
New protocols will be in effect and include, but are not limited to:
- Clients are welcome by appointment only
- Attend appointments alone
- Staggered appointment times & limited number of clients in clinic
- Leave personal belongings at home
- Health screening upon arrival for appointment including temperature check
- Masks are mandatory
- Hand sanitizing station upon entry
- Staff equipped with all recommended PPE
- Waiting room & washrooms closed
- Strict social distancing
- Sanitized treatment rooms & high-level tool disinfection
- Health Canada approved disinfectants for all surfaces between each client
- High touch points routinely disinfected
PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment, no hassle or penalties. Please consider the safety of everyone.

Appointments for consultation and followups can be made in person during regular business hours.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we’d be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. When a patient cancels without notice it prevents us from offering this time to another patient.
We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 50% fee to repeated last minute cancellations.
In addition, your treatment program has been created based on an appropriate schedule in order to ensure the best results. Missed appointments can and will change the outcome of our services and may result in additional treatments in order to achieve desired results.
